Dear Mr. Rye

I wanted to take a moment to write you on behalf of our stay from June 29th to July 6th at your Mashie residence in Lake Tahoe. I wanted to tell you what an incredible time we had and how impressed we were with your rental. From the time we arrived we knew that we had hit the jackpot of vacation homes. Your home was beautiful, from the furnishings to the view of the third hole on Old Brockway, we enjoyed ourselves immensely. My husband felt that he died and went to heaven enjoying his two favorite sounds for an entire week, the sound of a golf ball being hit and horsepower on the lake.

We were also impressed with your quick response to our call when the hot tub was down. Your son Brian was very nice and we were thankful that he and his friend were able to fix the problem without expense to you.

We go to Tahoe very frequently for short weekends all summer long and I have been coming to Tahoe since I was 3 years old. I cannot recall a nicer place that we have stayed. My 15-year-old son even got the golf bug being at your place and now wants to take up lessons. I cannot thank you and Diane enough for the most memorable vacation in my lifetime.

Please keep our information on your records, as we will definitely be renting from you on more occasions as well as referring our friends to you when they are in need of a place to stay in style.

Dear Diane and Jerry,

I just wanted to write a note thanking you for the use of your house the other week. We had a great time! Your house is lovely and in such a great setting right on the golf course. We really enjoyed all the trails back behind the course going up to the Regional Park and spent a lot of time riding our bikes and hiking. In fact, the whole neighborhood is very pretty. We also enjoyed how well equipped the house is. It certainly made things easier for us. All we had to worry about was food.

Thanks again and I hope we will be back up that way next summer. After staying in many Lake Tahoe areas, we have found that we like Kings Beach the best.

This is our third year at your Mashie home. The house is fantastic and so centrally located. We have the best of both worlds. The sound of golf from the back porch and the sound of power boats on the lake from the front porch. Your home is so comfortable that we feel like we are at home while we are vacationing. It has everything one needs for their stay. We will enjoy coming for many years to come. It has been the best deal by far we have experienced from the internet. I have been coming to Tahoe for 28 years and I have to say this is my favorite vacation spot. Thanks for allowing us to enjoy your lovely home.

What wonderful accommodations at your Incline Home. We had a family reunion with 23 people who were all from the East Coast. Your home was absolutely perfect and made everyone feel comfortable. What a great kitchen, my nephews had a great time cooking breakfast for everyone. My Granddaughter who is almost 4 said she wanted to stay there forever. The beaches, the golf, the area can only speak for themselves. Your home was so wonderful that we are planning a return trip next year. Date 7/8/05 Dear Dianne and Jerry, Our fifth year at your lovely home and it just keeps getting better if that's possible. I would recommend a stay at either of your two Tahoe homes in a heartbeat. We have never ever been disappointed and have made friends with your neighbors Mark and Lori who are very nice people. We enjoy seeing them each year when we come. I cant wait for next year!

Dear Dianne and Jerry, Another memorable year at your Kings Beach home. We look forward to our stay every 4th of July. Our first year of two weeks at your home and we didn't want to leave. We brought our niece to Lake TACO as she calls it for the first time. She is two and a half and we hope to have her visit for years to come.
