Accommodations include ample parking for up to nine cars outside the five-car garage on a large flat driveway.

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

A deposit of 50% of the total amount and a separate check for $500, which is a refundable security deposit, is required to reserve the home. The balance is due three weeks prior to your rental date.  The 50% deposit will be retained, following cancellation, if the cancelled time is not rented again.
