Lodging Rates & Terms:

  • Vacation Home - Sleeps 8
    —     Two Night Minimum —

    • The following rates include all cleaning fees and taxes.
      • Two Nights = $500
      • Three Nights = $700
      • Four Nights = $900
      • Five Nights = $1,100
      • Six & Seven Nights = $1,300
    • Rates for multiple week stays.
      • Two Weeks = $2,400
      • Three Weeks = $3,500
      • Four Weeks = $4,500

Reservation & Cancellation Policies

A deposit of 50% of the total amount and a separate check for $300, which is a refundable security deposit, is required to reserve the home. The balance is due three weeks prior to your rental date. The 50% deposit will be retained, following cancellation, if the cancelled time is not rented again.  Please make checks payable to Jerry Rye.
